SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. We ship most orders via UPS Next Day Air or Saver. For some items, we will ship for 2nd-day delivery. We might contact you if shipping address is different from billing address to ensure the transaction is not fraudulent.

2. Shipping costs for perishable items are FREE ( for orders $250 or more ) for 48 states. For orders under $250, a flat-rate of $35 will be applied in checkout. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us. We DO NOT ship Internationally or to a P.O. Box.

3. Orders are processed in 1-2 days. Most orders will arrive by next day if placed before 3pm eastern time Monday - Thursday. Saturday delivery is not always available due to high cost of shipping and high chance of package being delayed until following Monday due to incorrect address or other reasons. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. No orders are processed on weekends.

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

5. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package. We require direct signature due to the high value of our products. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. We ship the caviar in an insulated box liners or cool shield bubble mailers accompanied by ice gel packs to ensure freshness. We guarantee the package is cold and fresh during delivery and arrival, unless the product has been delayed or damaged by the carrier or by acts of nature.

7. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please carefully check name, address and zip code of recipient. If there is a reason to suspect fraudulent activity, we will contact you before you order is shipped.

8. Please inspect all packages and products immediately upon arrival. All products are guaranteed to be fresh at delivery. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed.

9. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. If and once we accept your claim, you will be given either a store credit or the same ordered items re-sent to you. Buyer is responsible for return-shipping fee. Return address will be provided once return claim is granted.

10. If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact us and the carrier. Any delay in contacting the carrier or us makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.

11. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In special cases, some orders might be processed a day or two later due to staff shortage, limited stock, severe weather conditions, etc.
